WHEREAS, the following Grant County Funds do not have an adequate level of budget
appropriation to make all necessary expenditures:
1. Vets Assistance Fund #107, Dept #146
2. First Quarter R.E.E.T. Fund # 126, Dept # 168
3. Tourism Commission Fund #114, Dept #156
4. Interfund Insurance Fund #503, Dept #182
5. New Hope Domestic Violence
and Sexual Assault Services Fund #128, Dept #170

WHEREAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated when preparing the 2011
budget; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing, must be held to authorize
additional budget appropriations.
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of December, 2011 at 2:00 p.m., a public hearing was held in the
Grant County Commissioners' Hearing Room.
1�TOW, THEREFORE, BE IT I3EREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that a budget
appropriation in the total amount of $346,500.00 to be allocated to the 2011 budget according to the
following schedule of categories and items:
