RESOLUTION RELATING TO AN RESOLUTTON No. 11-(��� CC
DECREASE TO THE PETTY CASH
REVOLVING FUND (ACCOUNT) FOR
GRANT MENTAL HEALTHCARE
WHEREAS, the transfer of funds may be accomplished without a public hearing pursuant to
state and county laws;
WHEREAS, Resolution 01-147-CC increased Fund #108000.00.0000.11790000 by
$1,000.00 via a transfer from account 111.70;
WHEREAS, Grant Mental Healthcare is requesting to transfer of $500.00 from this
account and move it to Fund # 108000.00.0000.111740000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Petty Cash fund for
Grant Mental Healthcare be decreased by $500.00 for a new balance $2,500.00 and that the
$500 be transferred to Fund #108000.00.0000.111740000.
