RESOLUTION RELATING TO AN RESOLUTION No. 11-0595-CC
DECREASE TO THE TRAVEL
REVOLVING FUND (ACCOUNT) FOR
GRANT MENTAL HEALTHCARE
WHEREAS, budget transfers can be accomplished without a public hearing pursuant to
state and county budget laws;
WHEREAS, Fund #108000.00.0000.111700000 was established in 1975 as a petty cash
fund for Grant Mental Healthcare and currently has a total of $140.00;
WHEREAS, it has been requested of the Board of County Commissioners to reduce this
account by $50.00 and transfer it to Fund #108000.00.0000.111740000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEI2EBY RESOLVED THAT the petty cash fund for
Grant Mental Healthcare be decreased by $50.00 to a new total of $90.00 and transferred
to the fund listed above.
