Request for release of funds on Strategic Infrastructure Project (SIP) #2009-05, Columbia Basin Hospital Pharmacy/Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade project approved via BOCC Resolution No. 09-o57-CC. Payment will be in the amount of a$i4o,000.0o grant and a $60,000.00 loan. (Approved) 4. (Approved) GRANT INTEGRATED SERVICES 6. Out of State travel for Darla Boothman and Nicole Davidson to attend the Anasazi Conference from February 25 — March 2, 2012 in Phoenix, AZ. (Approved) HUMAN RESOURCES 7 :. r'7 Personnel Action Request Recommendation regarding a request from the Sheriff's Office for an exception to the hiring freeze to hire a provisional deputy into a full time Deputy position; and to temporarily fill a vacant Deputy position. The Director recommends approval. (Approved) Personnel Action Request Recommendation regarding a request from the Prosecuting Attorney's Office to amend the 2010 adopted salary schedule for their Deputy Prosecutors. The Director does not recommend approval. (Approved HR recommendation to deny request) Personnel Action Request Recommendation regarding a request from District Court for an exception to the hiring freeze to hire one Deputy Clerle II due to a recent resignation. (Approved) R DeChenne, Facilities and Maintenance Update C Carter at PARC Board Annual Dinner (GrIS) The Commissioners approved a Personnel Action Request Recommendation to initiate the County sick leave donation policy for a Juvenile Court and Youth Services employee, Recipient 11-02, who suffers from an illness which is extraordinary in nature. This is the znd request for this employee.
