RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT THE RESOLUTION No. 11- D��CC
ASSESSMENT RATE FOR THE
TUR1v1KEY LIGHTING DISTRICT FOR
2012 R�MAIN UNCHANGED
WHEREAS, Resolution 02-193-CC approved the formation of the Turnlcey Lighting
District; and
WHEREAS, the Order set forth that the amount of the annual assessment for the LID
was to be determined by Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 04-006-CC set the assessment rate for 2004 at $30.00 per
parcel; and in 2005 a public hearing was held and the rate was further decreased to $20.00 for
2005; Resolution No. 09-102-CC increased the assessment to $24.00 for 2009; and Resolution
No. 10-089-CC decreased the assessment to $22.00 for 2011; and
WHEREAS, the current assessment of $22.00 per taxable parcel has been deemed by the
Grant County Treasurer as suf�cient to cover 2012 payments; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the Order,
the Board certifies to the Grant County Treasurer the assessment rate for 2012 will remain
unchanged at $22.00 per taxable parcel in Turnkey and that the Treasurer use these figures for
the assessment rate in all future assessment rolls of said District until further order of the Board.
