BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION No. 11- U �I -CC
WHEREAS, the following Grant County funds do not have an adequate level of budget
appropriation to make all necessary expenditures:
1. Strategic Infrastructure Project (SIP) #2011-05, Airpoi�t District #1 (Desert Aire), EMS
Heli-Stop Pad and Transient Aircraft Parking April. From the Economic Enhancement
Strategic Infrast�ructure Ending Fund Balance (113155-00-0000-508000000): $28,700 in
the form of a grant to ll3155-00-9969-546900000; and
2. Strategic Infrastructure Project (SIP) #2011-06, Grant County Port District #1 (Quincy),
Industrial Park No. 6, Street & Infrastructure Improvements. From the Economic
Enhancement Strategic Infrastructure Ending F'und Balance (113155-00-0000-508000000):
$100,000 in the form of a grant to 113155-00-9967-543700000 and $50,000 in the form of
a loan to 113000-00-0000-163260000.
WHEREAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated when preparing the 2011
budget; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing, must be held to authorize
,a�ditional budget appropriations.
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of November, 2011 at 4:30 p.m., a public hearing was held in the
Grant County Commissioners' Hearing Room.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNT�'
COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COU1�iTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that a budget
appropriation in the total amount of $178,700.00 to be allocated to the 2011 budget according to the
following schedule of categories and items:
