RESOLUTION RELATII�TG TO AN RESOLUTION No. 11- ��� -CC
INCREASE TO THE SHERIFF'S
INVESTIGATION REVOLVING FUND #114
(ACCOUNT)
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 83-10-CC dated Januaiy 18, 1983 established a revolving fund
(account) for the Sheriff's Department #114, called the Sheriffls Investigation Revolving Account; and
WHEREAS, the amount of $1,000.00 established by Resolution No. 83-10-CC was deemed
insufficient and increased to $5,000.00 by Resolution No. 86-22-CC dated March 3, 1986; the amount of
$5,000.00 was deemed insufficient then increased to $8,000.00 by Resolution No. 90-114-CC dated
October 23, 1990; and the amount of $8,000.00 has been deemed insufficient and Resolution 08-089-CC
dated October 14, 2008 then increased by $4,000.00 to $12,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the current amount of $12,000.00 has been deemed insuf�cient and the Sheriffls
Of�ce is requesting an increase of $1,000.00 to a new total of $13,000.00.
NOW, THEItEFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT:
L The amounts established by the Resolutions above are to be increased to $13,000.00
2. The use of the $13,000.00 will be for the purposes described in Resolution No. 83-10-CC
3. The existence and procedures of checking account will remain unchanged from that described
in Resolution No. 83-10-CC.
