He ' recommends the county require all new vehicles to have"dual fuel"ability. He has discussed this � with the PUD and thinks the County and PUD can worlc together on this. Grant County could get � notoriety from this then other Counties would follow. Commissioner Stevens moved to close the public j comment portion of the hearing. Commissioner Carter seconded and the motion passed ; unanimously. The Commissioners will then meet December 5, 2oii at 9:go a.m.in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room,Courthouse,Ephrata,WA for the purpose of fixing the final County budget,malcing tax levies,and adopting the Capital Facilities Plan. Ken Holloway presented the preliminary budget to the Commissioners in the amount of$i24,343�251.00, Commissioner Carter moved to close the public comment portion of the hearing.Commissioner Stevens seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
