attendance. Commissioner Swartz was out and excused.

The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider the following:
Previously approved Strategic Infrastructure Project (SIP) #2009-09, Grant Integrated
Services, Cityview. From the Economic Enhancement Strategic Infrastructure Ending
Fund Balance (ii3155-00-0000-508000000): $i5o,000 as follows: $ioo,000 in the
form of a grant to 11gi55-oo-0000-59550000o and $50,00o in the form of a loan to
iigi000-oo-0000-i63i50000; and
Deposit of $220,597•39 to Fund o01, Dept. �19 (Grant County Museum) to Insurance
Recovery, ooi000-oo-9ii9-3�2000000. Upcoming expenditures will be out of
Replacement Insurance Items, ooili9-oo-0000-575304910.
Sheriff's Office Fund #ooi, Department #�i5 in the amount of $28,000.0o to purchase a
District Court Video Arraignment System using Value Added Communications (VAC)
incentive funding given the County.

Commissioner Stevens stated that the following would not be heard today due to an advei�tising
error, but it will be heard September 28, 2011:
• Emergency Management Fund #102, Department #144 in the amount of $i,5o5.0o to
purchase address marker supplies;
• Emergency Management Fund #102, Department #i4q. in the amount of $2,500.0o to
receive reimbursement grant funds for travel from the Washington State Department of
Agriculture contract No. K732.
Commissioner Carter moved to close the public comment portion of the hearing.
Commissioner Stevens seconded and the motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
Commissioner Carter moved to approve the budget extensions excluding the $x,5o5.0o and
$2,500.0o from Emergency Management. Commissioner Stevens seconded and the motion
passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. The hearing adjourned.
The Commissioners continued 3:3o pm hearing due to an error at the previous hearing. The 2
Emergency Management items that Cornmissioner Stevens stated would not be heard today are
going to be acted upon. They are:
• Emergency Management Fund #io2, Department #144 in the amount of $1,505.0o to
purchase address marker supplies;
• Emergency Management Fund #io2, Department #144 in the amount of $2,500.0o to
receive reimbursement grant funds for travel from the Washington State Department of
Agriculture contract No. K732.
It was the $i,122.0o for Emergency Management that was advertised for today's hearing that will
NOT be heard today. It will be heard on September 28, 2oi1 at i:go p.m.
Commissioner Carter moved to close the public comment portion of the hearing.
Commissioner Stevens seconded and the motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
Commissioner Carter moved to approve the 2 budget extensions left out of the earlier hearing.

Grant County Commissioner Redistricting Meeting
As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amounts of $i55,664.64, $629,8i9.oi, and
$8oi,�6i.i6, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
The Commissioners approved and signed the Grant Public Works County Payroll Salary Fund for
September 2g, 2011.

extensions requests:
i. District Court Fund #001, Department #102 in the amount of $14,100.0o for wages
and benefits to keep the DUI Case Manager for the last quarter 2011;
2. The Public Services Grant Fund #i9o, Department #ooi between Grant County and
the Department of Commerce, administered through the OIC of Washington, for the
period of July i, 2oi1 through December gi, 2ori; Contract #i1-64100-002 in the
amount of $�6,�22.00.
3. Emergency Management Fund #001, Department #�42 in the amount of $1,122.00
for an operating transfer from current expense; and
