RESOLUTION TO RESCIND RESOLUTION RESOLUTIOIV No. 11-��,��CC
NO. 90-23-CC AND ABOLISHING THE
CLERK'S JURY COST REVOLVING FUND
WHEREAS, on Apri12"a, 1990, Resolution No. 90-23-CC established Fund #001, Department
#105 titled "Clerk's Jury Cost Revolving Fund"; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the County Clerk that this fund is no longer needed and
requasts that the Board of County Commissioners rescind Resolution No. 90-23-CC;
WHEREAS, the abolition of Fund #001, Department #105 may be accomplished without a
public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws:
NOV�, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREB�' RESOLVED THA'T the Board of County
Commissioner rescind Resolution No. 90-23-CC and the following fund is here by abolished:
Clerk's 3ury Cost Revolving Fund #001, Department #105 and the Grant County Auditor and
Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to reflect the abolition of said fund in their respective
office records.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the remaining positive balance of $2,382.05 in said
fund will be transferred to the Current Eacpense funcl and any monies owed the Department of
Revenue for unclaimed payments will then be paid out of this fund.
