RESOLUTION DECLARING PERSONAL RESOLUTION No. 11- n�CC
PROPERTYSURPLUSAND
DISPOSTION OF SALE PROCEEDS
WHEItEAS, pursuant to RCW 36.34,010, the Grant County Board of County
Commissioners has the autllority to decide whether real or personal property owned by the
county is surplus to the needs of the county; and
WHEI2EAS, Grant Integrated Services is currently the owner of the following vehicles: �
1. One 2005 White Ford Taurus, vehicle identification no. 1FAFP3225A109S2;
2, One 2002 Silver podge Stratus, vehicle identification no, 1B3EL36R52N306381; and
3, One 1997 Copper Ford Taurus vehicle identification no, 1FALPS2UOVA261514.
WHEREAS, Grant Integratied Services has determined that the benefit of owning such
vehicles is now exceeded by vehicle maintenance, and that the vehicles are no longer suitable to
the needs of Grant Integrated Services; and
WHEREAS, Grant Integrated Services has requested that the Grant County Baard of
County Commissioners declare such 2005 White Ford Taurus, 2002 Silver podge Stratus, and
1997 Copper For`d Taurus to be surplus to the needs of the county; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the declaration of such 2005 White Ford Taurus, 2002 Silver '
Dodge Stratus, and 1997 Copper Ford Taurus as surplus property and sale thereof, it is the desire
of Grant Integrated Services that proceeds from such vehicles by distributed, designated and/or
depasited as follows: �
l. Proceeds from the sale of the 2005 White Ford Taurus shall be distributed to the Grant
County Prevention and Recovery Canter PCAP Program;
2. Proceeds from the sale of the 2002 Silver podge Stratus shall be distributed to the Grant
County Directions in Community Living/Developmental Disabilities Program; and
3, Proceeds from the sale of the 1997 Copper Ford Taurus shall be distributed to the Grant
Integrated Services General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County '
Commissioners declare as surplus the above named 2005 White Ford Taurus, 2002 Silver podge �
Stratus, and 1997 Copper Ford Taurus, and that proceeds from the sale of such vehicles shall be
distributed, designated and/or deposited in the manner set forth above. i
