WHEREAS, Grant County Emergency Management needs an operating transfer to Fund
#001, Department#142 as it does not have an adequate level of budget appropriation to malce all
necessary expenditures:
WHEREAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated when preparing
the 2011 budget; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing, must be held to
authorize additional budget appropriations.
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of September, 2011 at 9:45 a.m., a public hearing was held in
the Grant County Commissioners' Hearing Room.
NOV6', THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ItESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF

budget appropriation in the total amount of$1,505.00 to be allocated to the 2011 budget
according to the following schedule of categories and items:
