RESOLUTION No. 11- �� �CC
WHEREAS, the Washington State University Cooperative Extension needs a budget
extension to assist with the Grant County Horticultural Pest and Disease Board (Fund #001,
Department #122) and does not have an adequate level of budget appropriation to malce all
necessary expenditures;
WHEREAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated when preparing
the 2011 budget; and
WHEItEAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing, must be held to
authorize additional budget appropriations.
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of August, 2011 at 3:30 p.m., a public hearing was held in
the Grant County Commissioners' Hearing Room.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOr�RD OF

budget appropriation in the total amount of $4,000.00 to be allocated to the 2011 budget
according to the following schedule of categories and items:
