CLOSING OF AN EXISTING COUNTY
FUND
WHEItEAS, the closure of Fund 222 (CRID 92-1 Bond) may be accomplished without a
public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY I2ESOLVED THAT the followin�fund is
here by closed: Fund-222(CRID 92=1 Bond) a�nc the grant ounty Auditor and Grant
county Treasurer are hereby directed to reflect the abolition of said fund in their respective
office records.
BE IT FURTHER RESOL�ED that t;he remaining positive balance of$15,735.21 in
said fund be transferred to the County Road fund.
