RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE RESOLUTIOliT No. 15- C��-CC
CLOSING OF AN EXISTING COUNTY
FUND
WHEREAS, the closure of Fund 223 (CRID 93-3 Bond) may be accomplished without a
public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws.
NOV6�, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREB�'RESOLVED THAT the following fund is
here by closed: Fund-223(CRID 93=3-Bond) and�he grant ounty Auditor and Grant
county Treasurer are hereby directed to reflect the abolition of said fund in their respective
office records.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the reanaining positive balance of$16,616.44 in
said fund be transferred to the County Road fund.
