RESOLUTION IN RE: STRATEGIC RESOLUTION No. 11- �'�CC
INFRASTRUCTURE COMMITTEE
RECOMMENDATION FOR FUNI)ING
WHEREAS, The Grant County (County) Board of County Commissioners (BOCC)
approved a Strategic Infrastructure Program Prioritization Process; and
WHEREAS, the BOCC found it in the best interests of the County to set up a committee to
facilitate local coordination and communication; and
WHEREAS, the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) Committee (Committee) has
submitted recommendations for funding; and
WHEREAS, the BOCC has approved a recommendation submitted by the Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT I3EREBY RESOLVED THAT THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS APPROVED THE FOLLOWING FUNDING REQUEST:
Port of Warden
Industrial Park #3, 2011 Street Improvements
2011-04
Grant: $108,000.00
Loan: $32,000.00
These funds shall be utilized within one year of award or returned to the fund for use by other
recipients.

R� SIP Advisory Committee Recommendation on S1P #201 �-04
The SIP Advisory Commitfiee rnet on Friday, June 17th to review and make
recommendafiions on the above-referenced project, and its letter of recommendation to
the BOCC i� attached. As previousty advised, the below project request is set for
BOCC action today:
SIP Project �2011-04, Port of VVarden Indu�trial Park �3, 2011 Sfireet
Improvemerats. The recommendation of the SIP Advisory Committee is that the
project be fiunded with a$108,000 grant and a$32,000 loan with a 5-year repayment
schedule.
