The Grant County Commissioners session began at io:oo a.m, with all Commissioners in attendance.

A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Stevens, to approve items 1
through 6 on the ASC Agenda as presented below. The motion passed unanimously.

Choices program to families who reside in Grant County.

g. Grant County contract renewal application with the Washington
State Department of Social and Health Services, Children's

funding amendment to Carltract No. Eoii-o25 from the Washingtoxi
State Emergency Management and the Energy Facility Site
Evaluation Couneil (EFSEC); and request to purchase tabtes for their
Emergency C?peration Center using the above funds. Quotes received
are as follows:

The Cornmissianers held an C;pen Recard Public Hearing to consider a budget extension request
from the Sheriff's Office, far Fund #xo�, Department #�49 in the amaunt of $ib,�oo.00, to
purchase jumpsuits far their personnel, using Sheriffs Forfeiture bt�dget func�s. Commissioner
Sfievens maved to clase the public comment portion of the hearing. Commissioner Carter
seconded and the motion passed lznaniinot�sly. Commissioner Carter moved to approve the
budget extension as presented. Commissioner Stevens seconded and the motion passed
unanimously. The hearing adjourned. (Resolution Na. ii-o42-CC)

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
The Commissioners signed proclamations congratulating the following schools:
1. Wahluke High School Warriors Boys Soccer team and their 2oii State iA ist place title;
2. Almira, Coulee, Hartline High School Warriors Girls Softball Team and their 2oi1 State iB 2na
place title; and
3. Almira, Coulee, Hartline High School Warriors Boys Baseball Team and their 2011 State 1B
2na place title; and
As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.z4.o8o, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amounts of $�,�6�.00, $53•49� and $505�831•48 �
as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
