;
WHEREAS,the following Grant County funds do not have an adequate level of budget
appropriation to malce all necessary expenditures:
1. Fund#130, Department#172 in the amount of$300,000.00 for the distribution of money
� received in 2010 from the North Columbia Community Action Council when they
disbanded, and retuining it to the Homeless Housing fund
2. Fund # 113, Department #155 for Strategic Infrastructure Project Numbers 2011-01,
2011-02, and 2011-03, approved by the BOCC through Resolution No. 11-021-CC.
� Budget extension is needed for committed funds to be transferred from the Economic
Enhancement Strategic Infrastructure Ending Fund Balance (113155-00-0000-

WHEREAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated when preparing
the 2011 budget; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing, must be held to
authorize additional budget appropriations.
WHEREAS, on the 9th day of May 9, 2011 at 3:30 p.m., a public hearing was held in'the
Grant County Commissioners' Hearing Room.
NO`V6�, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREB3�'RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSI01�1ERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON,that a
budget appropriation in the total amount of$770,000.00 to be allocated to the 2011 budget
