Wx�REAs, Chapter 36.34 RCW provides that a Board of Caunty Commissioners may
authorize the sale ot'county property whenever it appears to the Board that doing so is for the
best interests of the County; and
Wii�R�As, the Grant County Board of Commissioners, in compliance with Chapter
36.34 RCW, and more specifically RCW 36.34.020(3), desires to sell the real property
specifically described in Exhibit "A", the same appended hereto and incorporated herein by
reference, which is hereby declared to be surplus to County needs; and
WxEREAs, upon information and belief, the value of such real property as described in
Exhibit"A" is below Twenty-Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500,00); and
� Wx�REAs, pursuant to RCW 36.34,050, Board of County Commissioners hereby set the
, minimum sale price of the subject property as described in Exhibit "A" at no less than Eighteen
� Hundred Dollars ($1,800.00); and
Now,Tx�REFOR�,B�IT REsoLv�n TxAT the Countiy Treasurer is hereby authorized to
sell the pxoperty more specifically described in Exhibit"A" in accordance with the requirements
of Chapter 39.34 RCW.

A 60 foot wide strip of land 30 feet on either sides of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 17, Township 20 North, Range 23 E.W.M,,
Grant County, Washington; thence S 89°38'00" E, 1293.72 feet along the South line of said
Section 17 to the True Point of Beginning; thence N 14°19'S6" W, 76.02 feet; thence Northerly
along a 250 foot radius curve to the right, 67,12 feet (whose chord bears N 06°38'2$" W, 66,92
feet); thence N O1°03'00" E a distance of 1158.95 feet to the Northwest corner of the Southeast
quarter af the Southwest quarter of said Section 17, and the point of beginning.
