Commissioner Swartz was out and excused. 8:30 a.m.—9:00 a.m. Elected Official Roundtable Meeting 9:00 a.m.—9:20 a.m. J Strickler,ASC Update and Misc BOCC Action A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Stevens, to approve items 1, 3 and 4 on the agenda as presented. Items 2, 5 and 6 were not ready for signature. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. 1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, legal services,grant administration, etc. (Approved) 2. Anticipating: Rental Agreement (Residential Premises) Grant County, Grant Integrated Services' New Hope Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services (Emergency Shelter Renewal). (Not ready for signature) 3. Washington State Department of Social & Health Services County Program Agreement Amendment 01 to DSHS Agreement#1563-42476, Prevention Services. The amendment(1) increases the grant amount by$45,520.00 for a new grant total of$188,174.00; (2) updates Section 1—Definitions, Section 4- Performance of Work, Section 7—Consideration, and Section 9—Miscellaneous Items; and adds Section 19—Applicable Exhibits. Amendment is effective October 15, 2015 and runs the term of the Agreement (June 30, 2017), (Approved) 4. Anticipating: Mercer, Grant County Benefits Broker, 2016 Statement of Work which will increase the County's monthly rate for services. (Approved) 5. Anticipating: APS Healthcare Fifth Amendment to Employee Assistance Program Agreement between APS Healthcare Bethesda, Inc. and Grant County. This modifies the rate (Exhibit B, Scope of Coverage, Rates and Payments). (Not ready for signature) 6. Anticipating: Grant County Equal Opportunity Employment Plan, 2015-2017. Request to purchase qty. 64-Microsoft Office Home and Business 2U13 Software Licenses for the 64 computers recently purchased for their office. R Stevens and C Carter at Board of Health Meeting(Public Works Meeting Room) MISCELLAfVEOUS ITEMS Recommendation Memorandum from the Human Resources Director to initiate a second request af the County sick leave donation policy for a Public Works employee, Recipient 15-02,who suffers from an illness which restricted them from the workplace and was life-threatening if treatment was not sought. The Director recommends approval. The Commissioners approved and signed the Grant Public Works County Payroll Salary Fund for the November 1�, 2015 payroll.
