COMMISSIONERS WORK SESSION A motion was made by Commissioner Swartz, seconded by Commissioner Stevens, to approve item 1 on the Worlc Session agenda. The motion passed unanimously. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING, FAIRGROUNDS, CURRENT EXPENSE, TOURISM, AND YEAR END BUDGET EXTENSIONS The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing for the following budget extensions: 1. 2. 3• 4• 5• 6. 7• 8. 9• 10. Commissioner Stevens moved to close the public comment portion of the hearing, Commissioner Swartz seconded and the motion passed with all Commissioners in attendance. (Resolntion No. o9-1i6-CC) J STRICKLER, ASC UPDATE AND MISC. BOCC ACTION A motion was made by Comrnissioner Swartz, seconded by Commissioner Stevens, to approve items 1 through 9 on the ASC Agenda. The motion passed unanimously. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amounts of $169,o8g.�2 and $33�453•59, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. The Commissioners approved and signed a building permit application for a manufactured home for the Marlin Hutterian Brethren. As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until December 29, 2000. Letter of appointment for Gail Huntley to the North Central Regional Library. FAIRGRO UNDS Authorization to call for bids, Grant County Fairgrounds — Pavilion #2, Moses Lalce, WA. The bid op�ning was set for January 19, 2oio at g:oo p.rn. HUMANRESOURCES Personnel Action Request Recommendation regarding Superior Courts request to review the Court Administrator position. The HR Director recommends re-banding from Band g to a Band i3. The HR Director recommends re-banding from a Band 4 to a Band 9. After further review and discussion, this recommendation was revised to re-band this position to Band 7, Step 2. As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until January 4, 2010.
