WHEREAS, the Grant Coluity District Court Fund #001, Departxnent #102 docs not
havc an adequate levcl af budget appropriation to make all necessary expenditl�res;
WHEREAS, thcse additional budget expenditures wexe �iot anticipated when preparing
the 2009 budget; and
WHFREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing, must be held to
authorize additional budget appropriations.
WHEREAS, on the 14�' day of L7ecembe�, 2009 at 9:30 am, a public hearing was held in
the Grant County Cornmissioners' Hearing Room.
NOW, THEREFORE, LiE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF �RANT COUNTY, STATE �F WASHINGTON, that a
bud�et apprapriation in the total amount of $5,%SO.OQ to be allocated to the 2049 budget
according to the follawing schedule of categories and items:
