The Grant County Commissioners session was called to order at 9:0o a.m. with all the Commissioners in
attendance with the Deputy Clerk of the Board.
COMMISSIONERS WORK SESSION AND ASC AGENDA
A rnotion was made by Commissioner Swartz, seconded by Commissioner Carter, to approve items i and 2
on the Worlc Session and ASC Agenda. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
The Commissioners signed the Grant County Payroll Picle-Up Sheet for November 25, 2009.
As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amount of $i23�848•30, as recorded on a listing
and made available to the Board.
As there was no further business to come be£ore the Board the session was continued until December i,
2009.

Public Works for payment.

The Commissioners approved and signed a contract between Grant County and Northwest Fence
Company, Inc. for the Road District 2 Security Fence project.
Ordinance / Resolution No, o9-io3-CC increasing the regular property tax levy for the County Road fund
by i% ($75,6og.00) for zo1o.
MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
The Chair of the Board was authorized to sign the Bert Roylance (Roylance Road "M" Major Plat) File
#o�-48i�-o2 Final Plat Submission and Review.
Personnel Action Request for the salary, wage, and/or position changes for Jerry Jasman, Coroner.

Special Counsel Contract (Disciplinary Law) between Grant County and Leland G. Ripley to perform
and/or render legal assistance and advice relative to professional disciplinary matters involving the Grant
County Prosecuting Attorney, and/or and deputy appointed by the Grant County Prosecuting Attorney,
and the Washington State Bar Association or any other agency or organization claiming authority to
govern professional conduct of the Grant County Prosecuting Attorney, and/or any deputy appointed by
the Grant County Prosecuting Attorney.
