J STRICKI.ER, ASC UPDATE AND MISC. BOCC ACTION A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Swartz, to approve item i on the ASC Agenda. The motion passed unanimously. COMMISSIONEI�S WORK SESSION A motion was made by Commissioner Swartz, seconded by Commissioner Carter, to approve item i on the Work Session as presented. The public hearing was set for August 18, 2009 at 9:go a.m. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. The Commissioners approved the recommendation of the Director to award the Airway Drive Realignment and Fairgrounds Path to Central Washington Asphalt, Inc. in the amount of $7ii,oii.00. Central WAAsphalt $�11,oii.00 A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Swartz, to turn over the bids to Public Worlcs for their review and recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.
