RESOLUTION No. 09- Q�O�-CC
WHEItEAS, the Grant County Department of Emergency Management Fund #102,
Department #144; and the Grant County Elections Department Fund #001, Department #108 do
not have an adequate level of budget appropriation to make all necessary expenditures;
WHEREAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipatad when preparing
the 2009 budget; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing, must be held to
authorize additional budget appropriations.
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of July at 2:00 pm, a public hearing was held in the Grant
County Commissioners' Hearing Room.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HE12E�Y RESOLVED BY T�IE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CRANT COUN"I'Y, STATE OF WASHII�IGTON, that a
budget appropriation in the total amount of $11,062.00 to be allocated to the 2009 budget
according to the following schedule of categories and items:
