The Grant County Commissioners session was called to order at 9:0o a.m. with all the Commissioners in
attendance with the Clerk of the Board.

A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Swartz, to approve item i on
the ASC Agenda. The motion passed unanimously.

Pursuant to RCW 42.3o.iio (1)(i) Commissioner Carter opened the Executive Session at i:g5 p.m. to go
unti11:55 p.m. Commissioner Carter then closed the session at i:55 p.m.
As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until June i6, 2009.

Out of state travel request for Jalane Christian-Stolcer, Executive Director, to attend the National
Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare in March, 2010 in Florida.
MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
The Commissioners signed the Public Works Claims Fund Voucher Approval No. o6-i through No. o6-i42
in the total amount of $1,606,357�57� as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amoun� of $5i�,286.20, as recorded on a listing
and made available to the Board.
As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until June 22, 2009.
