IN THE MATTER OF TRANSFERING
JURISDICTION OF 10.5-NW ROAD
Roadlog 32680 MP 0.9 to 1.01 AND
R-NW RD Roadlog 93025 MP .53 to .693
AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 39.33.010, Grant County, a political subdivision of
the State of Washington, acting through its Board of County Commissioners, recognizes
the benefits of transferring jurisdiction of portions of county roads and right-of-ways,
namely that portion of 10.5-NW and R-NW as described below and as shown in Exhibit A;
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
THAT PORTION OF 10.5-NW ROAD Roadlog 32680 MP 0.9 to 1.01 AND
- R-NW RD Roadlog 93025 MP .53 to .693
OF SECTION 1 TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH RANGE 23 EAST W.M., GRANT COUNTY,
WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, Grant County Public Works and the City of Quincy have previously agreed to
work towards the transfer of jurisdiction of said Right-of-Way, and
WHEREAS, the County Engineer recommends the Grant County Board of Commissioners
proceed with the jurisdiction transfer as mutually agreed, per 39.33.010, and

NOW, TI3EREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Grant County Board of
Commissioners transfer jurisdiction of those portions of Road Right-of-Way to the Ciry of
Quincy, to become effective immediately.
