VVHEREAS, RCW 36.32.210 states that the County Commissioners, on the first Monday
of March of each year, must file with the auditor of the county a statement verified by oath
showing a full and complete inventory of all capitalized assets for the twelve months period
ending December 31St of the preceding year; and
'WHEREAS, March 30, 2009 is the first opportunity to file with the Auditor;
I�TOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the County
Commissioners verify by oath the attached Annual County Inventory of Capitalized Assets.

Re: Capital Asset report required by State Law, year end 2008
Attached is the above referenced report prepared by the Accounting Department of the
Auditor's office. Nothing was received from the Technical Services Department, so that
information is not currently updated. The capital asset information for the Public Works
Department is not included. Public Works prepares their own asset report.
