WHEREAS, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT Bridqe #244, on Road 3-NE, CRP 07-13, State Road Log
No. 94000 from milepost 4.91 to milepost 5.03, 2009 Annual Road Program Item Number 2 be amended
as follows:
An appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and based on the County
Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for th� purposes shown:
