WHEREAS, Heather Hindman qualifies as a Designated Mental Health Professional as
defined in WAC 388-865-0150 and RCW 71.05 and is employed by Grant County and
specifically Grant Mental Healthcare.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Grant County
Commissioners that the above named employee be designated to provide the services of a
County Designated Mental Health Professional as defined above effective January 15, 2009.
