RESOLUTION: DECLARING SURPLUS RESOLUTION No. 15 - ��� -CC
IN THE MATTER OF DECLARING CERTAIN
COUNTY-OWNED PROPERTY SURPLUS AND
ORDERING THE SALE THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners gave notice of hearing, of its intention to surplus
and dispose of said property listed
' Vehicle No. 7016, 2009, Ford, Crown Vic
Vehicle No. 7021, 2010, Ford, Crown Vic
Vehicle No. 7034, 2011, Ford, Crown Vic,
through the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services
(http://www.des.wa.gov/services/Surplus/BuySurplus/Pages/default.aspx) and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the notice, conducted a hearing on said proposition on the 21'h day of July,
2015, at the hour of 2:00 P.M. in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners in the Grant County
Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at which hearing the public was given the right to be heard for or against
the proposition
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington, having fully considered the proposition, finds that said County-owned vehicles and equipment
are not required for County purposes and that the public will benefit by declaring said vehicles and
equipment surplus and disposing of them in a manner consistent with RCW 36.34.080.
