IN THE MATTER OF AMENDING ORDINANCE No. � ������ -CC
CERTAIN SECTIONS OF
CHAPTER 11.04 OF THE
GRANT COUNTY CODE
ENTITLED "SPEED LIMITS"
WIIEREAS PETITION(s)have been received requesting changes to certain sections of Chapter 11.04 of
the Grant County Code Entitled"SPEED LIMITS".
WIIEREAS the changes agree with current traffic usage, have been reviewed by the County Road
Engineer, and posted in the Paper of Record for 2 consecutive weelcs.
WIIEREAS a hearing was held in the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of
Grant County, Washington, located in the County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 2:00 PM,
on 'l�esday, the 14th day of July,2015
THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY R�SOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington HEREBY AMEND THE FOLLOWING:
Section 11.04.035 of Grant County Code is amended with the following:
