RESOLUTION: NOTICE OF HEARING RESOLUTION No. 15 - ���j -CC
IN THE MATTER OF DECLARING CERTAIN
COUNTY-OWNED PROPERTY SURPLUS AND
ORDERING THE SALE THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to conduct a public hearing on its intention
to declare certain County-owned property surplus and dispose of same at public auction, and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Board to sell surplus property at public auction through the
Washington State Department of Enterprise Services
( http://www.des.wa.qov/services/Surplus/BuvSurplus/Paqes/default aspx ) to the highest bidder for cash
all equipment declared surplus, and
WHEREAS, the following listing of eguipment and merchandise from participating County agencies
and will be considered for sale,
Vehicle No. 7016, 2009, Ford, Crown Vic
Vehicle No. 7021, 2010, Ford, Crown Vic
Vehicle No. 7034, 2011, Ford, Crown Vic
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held in the Office of the Board of
County Commissioners of Grant County at the Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 2:00 P.M.
on July 21, 2015 and anyone either for or against these proposed actions may appear and be heard.
