RESOLUTION No. O8- `���-CC
WHEREAS, the following Grant County Departments do not have an adequate level of
budget appropriation to malce all necessary expenditures:
1. Grant Mental Healthcare Fund #128, Department #170 in the amount of
$15,000.00 to purchase items for their New Hope Shelter. This is a DSHS
contract Amendment No. 0863-44097-01.
2. Sheriff's Office Fund # 109, Department # 151 in the amount of $1,170.00 to
purchase a Tonneau Cover using INET Suspense Account Funds.
3. Grant County Law Library Fund #110, Department #152 in the amount of
$3,679.80 to cover year end expenses.
WHEREAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated when preparing
the 2008 budgat; and
WHEREAS, in accordance witl� RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing, must be held to
authorize additional budget appropriations.
WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of December, 2008 at 4:30 pm, a public hearing was held in
the Grant County Commissioners' Hearing Room.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that a
budget appropriation in the total amount of $19,849.80 to be allocated to the 2008 budget
according to the following schedule of categories and items:
