RESOLUTION REGARDING APPROVAL
OF A SITE FOR WASHINGTON STATE
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES PUBLIC AUCTIONS
RESOLUTION No. 0& ( �� CC
WHEREAS, the mission of Grant County gov�rnment is to meet current and future
needs, serving together with public and private entities, while fostering a respectful and
successful work environment; and
WHEREAS, RCW 79.11.120 requires the State of Washington, Department of Natural
Resources to hold its sale of trust land by public auction on property designated by the Grant
County Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, the County Commissioner's Hearing Room is county property and also a
suitable venue for public auctions; and
WHEREAS, the public benefits associated with this event are clearly consistent with,
and in support of, tha County's mission and goals;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Grant County Commissioners
hereby designates the County Commissioner's Hearing Room as the site for the public auction of
state trust land by the Washington State Department of Natural Resources.
