Resolution No. 2008-fl�-CC JURISDICTIbN TI�e4NSFER WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 39.33.010, Grant County, a political subdivision of the State of Washington, acting through it's Board of County Commissioners, recognizes the benefits of transferring jurisdiction of a certain portion of County Road Right-of-Way, as described below, and declares its intentions to transfer title to real property to the city of Royal City. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: That portion of Right-of-Way, �cnown as F-SW, also known as Apple Avenue NE, betwaen the North Right-of-Way of Poplar Street, and the South Right-of-Way of Acacia Street; both in Royal City, as shown in Exhibit A. WHEREAS, Grant County Public Works and the city of Roya1 City have previously agreed to work towards the txansfer of jurisdiction of said Right-of-Way, and WHEREAS, the County Engineer recommends the Grant County Board of Commissioners proceed with the jurisdiction transfer as mutually agreed, per RCW 39.33.010, and WHEREAS, Royal City passed Resolution 08-14 in favor of said transfer, �. ; , , ..
