The Commissioners approved and signed item 5 as listed above and assigned Itesolution No. 08-o9,-CC. COMMISSIONEIPS WORK SESSION/ CONSENT AGENDP� The Commissioners approved and signed items i through 5 as listed above. The Commissioners approved and signed item 6 as listed above and set the hearing for December 2, 2008 at 4:3o p.m. The Commissioners denied item � as listed above. COMMISSIONER�' NOVEMSER io, 2008 MINUTES Page g oi 3 MISCELLt�NEOUS ITEMS The Commissioners approved and signed a request for transfer from the Sheriff's Office in the amount of $2,000.0o to purchase a computer for the Moses Lake sub-station. As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amount of $i,�54�379•72 as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. As of this date the Board by a majority vote does approve for payment those vouchers as presented by the Grant County Health District: Payroll Vouchers No. 1— 4 and General Fund Vouchers No. 5— 55� in the amount of $i6�,429.64, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. The Commissioners signed the Public Works Claims_Fund Voucher Approval No. �1-1_through No. ii-13g in the total amount of $1,611,i37.92, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. The Commissioners denied �he October i3, 2008 Health Insurance Committee recommendations for the Grant County Health Insurance Plan, then approved their adjusted recommendation in a memo dated October 21, 2008 to: i. Keep the Retiree rates for 2009 the same as 2008 rates; 2. Change to Premera as the County's insurance carrier versus Ameriben; 3. Leave the dental options for 2009 As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until November i7, 2008.
