RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF
DECLARING CERTAIN COUNTY-
OWNED EQUIPMENT AND
MEItCHANDISE SURPLUS AND
ORDERING THE SALE AND AUCTION
OF SAME
RESOLUTION No. 08- O ��-CC
WHEREAS, on Friday, September 5, 2008 at 8:00 am, a public hearing was held in the
Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners on its intention to declare certain County-
owned equipment surplus and no one appeared to object to this proposed auction and sale, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has examined a list of equipment and
merchandise recommended as surplus from various County departments and agencies and attached as
Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the items listed on the
attached Exhibit "A" be declared surplus and sold at the County-wide surplus equipment sale and
merchandise auction.
EFFECTIVE DATE: September 5, 2008.
