Agreement is for Grant County to participate in Phase One of the
County Inmate Program and to participate in the development of
Phase Two.
Addendum to Professional Services Agreement (Hill Contract 2008-
09), modifying the contract between Brett Hill and Grant County,
entered into on October 8, 200� and effective from January i, 2008
through Deceinber 3i, 2009. Addendum adds additional services as
the Supervising Attorney of the public defense programs for District
Court and Juvenile Court.
Professional Services Agreement for Legal Representation of
Tndigent Individuals in the Juvenile Division of Grant County
Superior Court (Juvenile Offenders Only), Full Time Contractor
between Grant County and Thomas Wolfstone, effective July 1, 2008
through December 31, 2008.

attendance with the Clerle of the Board.

The Coznmissioners approved and signed items i-5 as listed above.
COMMISSIONERS WORK �ESSION
The Commissioners approved the recommendation of the Sheriff's Office to award the bid for a Jet Boat
to Mills Manufacturing (Thunder Jet) with the cost to the County at $i3,487•50, after discounts and
grants.
The Chair of the Board was authorized to sign the Representation of Grant County in connectiori with Cost
Summary Agreement litigation involving the City of Moses Lake — Waiver of Actual or Potential Conflict
of Interest between Grant County and Dennis Reynolds Law Office.
MISCELLANEOUS ITEll�iS
The Commissioners approved and signed the November 2� and December g, 200� Minutes.
The Commissioners approved the recommendation of DOH Architects to award the bid for the Restroom
Buildings project (o6o8B) at the Fairgrounds to Citadel Construction, Inc. in the amount of
$1,g56,000.00.
The Chair of the Board was authorized to sign the Jeff Curtis (ioth Tee, a Single Family Condominium)
Binding Site Plan, File #08-508�; and the Erwin Bronsch (Erwin Bronsch Short Plat (FU 145, Blk 75))
Final Plat Submission and Review, File #o6-45ii-o2.
As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 4�.24.0$0, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amount of $i,342�115•59� as recorded on a listing
and made available to the Board.
As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until July 29, 2008.

The Commissioners approved and signed a contract between Grant County and Tommer Construction
Co., Inc. for the Rd 10-SW (CRP o8-03) and Rd V-NW (CRP o8-02) projects.
The Commissioners approved and signed the Authorization to Call for Bids as listed above and set the bid
openings for August 19, 2008 at �:go pm and 1:45 pm.
The Commissioners approved and signed the Out of State Travel Request for Jerome Wawers to attend
the Pacific Northwest Bridge Maintenance Conference in Seaside, OR from October 6-8, 2008.
The Commissioners approved the Directors recommendation to award the Bridge #ii8 / Rd F-NE project
to Conway Construction Company in the amount of $573�318.00.
