Elected Official Roundtable Meeting I i 9:00 a.m.—9:20 a.m. J Gingrich, Request to 7emporarily Ban Fireworks on the Grant County 1 Fairgrounds � Commissioners Carter and Swartz voted to approve the request of the Fairgrounds Manager and � temporarily ban the discharge/ignition/detonation of fireworks at the Grant County I Fairgrounds. 9:30 a.m.—9:50 a.m. J Strickler,ASC Update and Misc BOCC Action i A motion was made by Commissioner Swartz, seconded by Commissioner Carter,to approve items 1 '� through 9 on the ASC Agenda as presented. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance, �� 1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, legal services,grant administration, I etc. (Approved) ' 2. Addendum #2 Re: Contract/Agreement Extension to the Vendor Agreement between Grant I County, by and between Grant Integrated Services' Developmental Disabilities and Goodwill '; Industries of the Inland Northwest, signed on September 24, 2014. The Addendum extends the duration of the Agreement from June 30, 2015 to July 31, 2015. (Approved) 3. Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Public Services Grant No. 15-62210-005 with Grant County in the amount of$128,397.00 with a term ; ofJuly 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. The grant is for public services administered through the ' Opportunities Industrialization Center of Washington to low-and moderate-income persons in Grant and Adams Counties. (Approved) 4. May 29, 2015 Customer Consulting Services Agreement(Cerner Sales Order) between Cerner j and Grant County, by and through Grant Integrated Services, for professional services provided i on a "time and materials" basis, as a One-Time Fee, Contract amount is$6,380.00. (Approved) � 5. June 6, 2015 Cerner Sales Order(Agreement) with Grant County, by and through Grant I Integrated Services,for: (1) a One-Time Fee FLEX2SQL for MS SQL Server—Windows license for i 80 workstations in the amount of$11,000.00; and (2) a 12 month annual cost for Year Two of SQL for 80 worl<stations in the amount of$2,199.96. (Approved) 6, Insurance Renewal Application (Storage Tank Application) with Crum Forster in the amount of $622.00 for insurance coverage on two underground storage tanks at Public Works. Funding is in the amount of$99,618.00 with a term of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016, (Approved) � 8, Grant County Request for Reimbursement No. 11 on CDBG Public Services Grant No. 14-65400- 005 for the month of May, 2015,with the Department of Commerce and administered through , the OIC of Washington, in the amount of$16,071.89. (Approved) ; 9. County Program Agreement No. 1563-43088 Consolidated Contract FY16-17 between Grant County, by and between Juvenile Court and Youth Services, and the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS)to support Block Grant programs for juvenile i offenders. Local Agency Agreement Supplement between Washington State Department of Transportation and Grant County for the Valley Road NE and Airway Dr. NE Grind/Inlay Construction Project.
