Recitals:
RESOLUTTON No. 08- �� CC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners passed and adopted Grant County Resolution
No. 04-059-CC on Apri126, 2004, irnplementing a code of conduct for Grant County; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted a more detailed code of conduct for
Grant County on June 1, 2006, Grant County Employee Handboolc and Code of Ethics, page 3 and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to repeal obsolete Grant County
Resolution No. 04-059-CC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT Grant County Resolution No.
04-059-CC, adopted on Apri126, 2004, is hereby repealed in its entirety, effective immediately.
