RESOLUTION SETTING THE RESOLUTION N. 08 - ��� - CC
PROSECUTING ATTORNEY'S SALARY
FOR 2008
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners sets the salary for the Grant County
Prosecuting Attorney; and
WHEREAS, RCW 36.17.020 states that one half of the Prosecuting Attorney's salary
shall be paid by the State of Washington; and
WHEREAS , it is necessary to notify the State of Washington of the amount paid as
salary to the Prosecuting Attorney each year so that reimbursement to Grant County by the State
of Washington can be made for the one half of that salary amount;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that notification be made to the State of
Washington as follows regarding the Grant County Prosecuting Attorney's salary:
