WHEREAS, The Grant County Facilities and Maintenance Department is requesting to surplus
the following items:
l. Old metal counter and cabinets
2. 4'x6'x2' Old Shelving
3. 15'x7' Conserve-a-File rolling wall mounted�le storage
4. 1997 Xerox Copy Machine
WI3EREAS, The Facilities and Maintenance Department has determined that these items are
unsalvageable and need to be disposed of;
WHEREAS,The Facilities and Maintenance Department is requesting that the Board of County
Cornmissioners declare surplus these items;
`'VHEREAS, It is the intent of the Facilities and Maintenance to dispose of these items at the
Grant County Land�ll.
NOW,THEItEFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the above named items amd dispose of them at the Grant Countg�
Land�ll.
