RESOLUTION RELATING TO AN
INCREASE TO THE TRAVEL
REVOLVIli�G FUND (ACCOUNT) FOR
GRANT MENTAL HEALTHCARE

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 99-64-CC established a Travel Revolving Fund (Account) for
Grant Mental Healthcare Fund #408 in the amount of $2,000.00, and Resolution No. 07-034-CC
increased this amount by $1,500.00 to $3,500.00;
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners
that this fund (account) has been demonstrated to be insufficient;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL�ED 'I'HAT the travel fund for
Grant Mental Healthcare be increased by $1,500.00 to a total of $5,000.00.

Grant Mental Healthcare currently has an Advance Travel Fund for employees to access when
attending trainings and conferences. The account balance is currently set afi $3,500.
This account currently serves Granfi Mental Healthcare, Directions in Community Living,
Developmental Disabilities and New Hope Sexual Assault employees, so approxima�ely 130
employees. With the increased costs of travel, we are experiencing difficulty in covering all
staff needs with this amount and the turnaround time for vouchers to reimburse the account.
Therefore, I am requesting that this amount be increased to $5,000.
