WHEREAS, cost share contributions in the amount of $24,522 have been collected and the project
has been recommended for construction by the County Road Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT Road K SW (SR 26 to 12.5 SW), State
Road Log No. 12150, MP 0.020 to MP 0.530 and Road 12.5 SW (K SW to 0.33 miles east of K-SW), State
Road Log No. 12010, MP 1.490 to MP 1.910, be improved as follows:
Grade, drain, surface (BST Class A). Finished width = 26 ft. (K SW) and 24 ft. (12.5 SW) (See
attached vicinity map, x-section)
This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is hereby ordered and
authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided. (RCW 36.75.050, 36.80.030, 36.60.070)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and
based on the County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
