As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amount of $724,565•99� as recorded on a listing
and made available to the Board.
The Chair of the Board was authorized to sign the Marlow Ringering and Kimberly Nelson (Ringering
Short Plat aka Nelson Shoi�t Plat) Final Plat Submission and Review, File #ko ,-4010-02.

Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) to grant funds totaling $8,600,000.0o to
rehabilitate the former PCC Rail System (PCC) pursuant to the provisions of Ch 12i, Laws of 2008.
