Item 2 was placed on hold.The motion passed , unanimously. 1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, legal services,grant administration, etc. (Approved) 2. Anticipating: Lease agreement between Grant County, by and between the Grant County Fairgrounds, and the Moses Lal<e Gun Club, Inc. for use of county property located at the Fairgrounds off of the east parl<ing lot, off of Paxon Road, Moses Lake. Term is date of signature to March 31, 2018. (Item placed on hold) 3. Washington State Dept. of Commerce Associate Development Organization Certification/ Designation Form (ADO) in which Grant County designates the Grant County Economic Development Council as its ADO. This designation is effective from May 11, 2015 and shall remain in effect for Commerce's 2015-2017 biennium. (Approved) 4. Training Maneuver Agreement between the Washington National Guard and Grant County for use of the Moses Lake Sand Dunes August 8-9, 2015 for the purpose of military training exercises. (Approved) 5. Completed Department of Commerce RiskAssessment Form for Local Governments/Non Profits/Tribes, for Board of County Commissioners' administered grants (CDBG Public I Services Grant and Consolidated Homeless Grant). (Approved) 6. Professional Services Agreement for Legal Representation of Indigent Individuals in Grant County Superior Court (Adult Felony Only), Contracts/Overflow Contractor, between Grant County and Michele Shaw. The term of the agreement is from May 7, 2015 through the conclusion of resentencing of the defendant in State v. Loukaitus, Grant County Superior Court Cause No. 96-1-00548-0, as required by"The Miller Fix" legislation. The term is upon signature through June 30, 2015, or until Superior Court appoints a permanent GAL, whichever comes first.
