RESOLUTION DECLARING PERSONAL RESOLUTION No. 15- o�CC
PROPERT'�' SURPLUS FOR
DISPOSITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.34.010, the Grant County Board of County
Commissioners has the authority to decide whether real or personal property owned by the county is
, surplus to the needs of the county; and
WHEREAS,the Grant County Sheriff's Office,owns 1- 1985 NIAN Passenger Bus(VIN
#13M192053FC901432)and 1-2005 American General(Military)Cargo Trucic(VII�I#C52307693);and ,
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff's Of�ce has determined these items are no longer of
use to the Sheriff's Office and/or the cost of repairs is prohibitive; and
WHEREAS,the Grant County Sheriff's Office has requested that the Grant County Board of
County Commissioners declare these vehicles to be surplus to the needs af the county; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the declaration of such trailer as surplus property, it is the intent
of the Sherif�'s Office to auction these vehicles.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the above named vehicles with the intent to sell them at auction.
