The motion passed unanimously. ' �i 1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, and/or grant administration. � (Approved) 2, Addendum to Services Agreement between Grant County and Gray&Osborne, Inc, entered into on November 10, 2014. The Addendum enables implementation of the Fairgrounds concession stands design and approval from the Grant County Health District for the installation of holding '� tanl<systems as set forth in the Agreement's Letter Exhibit and extends the duration of the � Services Agreement. (Approved) j 3. Everbridge, Inc. Core Platform Service Agreement for County, by and between Grant County j Emergency Management, for access to certain of Everbridge's proprietary interactive � communication services.Term is February 23, 2015 until all underlying Quotes with the County have expired or if terminated earlier by either party. (Approved) �. Programmed Maintenance Agreement between SPH Controls, Standard Plumbing Heating Controls, and Grant County for Facilities and Maintenance for mechanical maintenance for County heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. Term is February 1, 2015 through January 31, 2020 on a variable price schedule as set out in Section 5 of the Agreement. (Approved) 1 5. Washington State Military Department Amendment A to Contract#E15-046 with Grant County, � by and between the Multi Agency Communication Center(MACC), for E911 Wireline and � Wireless, The amendment increases the overall contract amount by$600. lApproved) � 6. Request for release of remaining funds (as Installment#2 on total project reimbursement)on Strategic Infrastructure Project (SIP)#2013-07, Port of Royal Slope, Water Line Extension to �� Hiawatha industria�Park, in the amount of$50,047.91. With this last installment made to the � Port,the 2.5%Grant County EDC Administrative Fee will also be paid for the remaining amount � of the award project,for a total to the EDC of$1,251.20. This was originally � budgeted in the SherifF's Office 2015 budget and needs to be transferred out and shifted to the Operating Transfer budget within the General fund,and increase Technology Services 2015 budget by�this amount. 2. Fund#001, Department#108 in the amount of$50,800.00 to hire and train a new employee in the Elections Office,created by the retirement of a long-time employee. Michele Jaderlund described the budget extension for the new employee. Gary Baker described the extension for the cameras. � Commissioner Carter moved to close the public comment portion of the hearing,Commissioner I Swartz seconded and the motion passed unanimously. As part of the Courthouse Rehabilitation project, recommendation to award the RFB for ceiling grid in the new Assessor's Office to Dani'Z in the amount of$8,758.35. (Approved) 7. As approved in their Capital Expenditures budget, recommendation to award the RFB for carpet in the new Assessor's Office to Cost Less Carpet in the amount of$8,997.77. (Approved) SHERIFF'S OFFICE 8. Request for out of state travel for Beau Lamens and pavid DeLaRosa to attend the Western States Hostage Negotiations Conference from April 28-May 1, 2015 in Anchorage,AI<. (Approved) 9. Request to purchase ammunition in the amount of$20,931.00 as approved in their 2015 Capital Expenditures budget. (Approved) 10. Budget extension request in the amount of$60,000.00 from the County Road Fund to the Sheriff's Office Capital Expenditures budget for the purchase of 2-Patrol Motorcycles and associated equipment for use in their Motor Traffic Unit. Open Record Public Hearing,Sheriff's Office request to surplus of Passenger Bus and Military Cargo Truck The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider the request of the Sheriff's " Office to surplus a 1985 MAN Passenger Bus (VIN#13M192053FC901432)and a 2005 American General (Military) Cargo Trucl< (VIN #C52307693), pursuant to RCW 36.34. If approved, a public hearing will be set and these items will be surplus'd and sold at auction, Chief De ut Ken Jones discussed their re uest. p Y q Commissioner Carter moved to close the public comment portion of the hearing, Commissioner Swartz seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Commissioner Swartz moved to approve the surplus of the vehicles as presented, Commissioner Carter seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The hearing adjourned.
