Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, and/or grant administration. 2. Anficipating: Addendum to Services Agreement between Grant County and Gray&Osborne, Inc. entered into on November 10, 2014. The Addendum enables implementation of the concession stands design and approval from the Grant County Health District for the installation of holding tanl<systems as set forth in the Agreement's Letter Exhibit and extends the duration of the Services Agreement. 3. Everbridge, Inc. Core Platform Service Agreement for County access to certain of Everbridge's i proprietary interactive communication services.Term is February 23, 2015 until all underlying Quotes with the County have expired or if terminated earlier by either party. �. Programmed Maintenance Agreement between SPH Controls, Standard Plumbing Heating Controls, and Grant County for Facilities & Maintenance for mechanical maintenance for County heating,ventilation and air conditioning equipment. Term is February 1, 2015 through January 31, 2020 on a variable price schedule as set out in Section 5 of the Agreement. � 5. Washington State Military Department Amendment A to Contract#E15-046 for E911 Wireline and Wireless. The amendment increases the overall contract amount by$600. 6. Request for release of remaining funds (as Installment#2 on total project reimbursement) on Strategic Infrastructure Project (SIP)#2013-07, Port of Royal Slope, Water Line Extension to � Hiawatha Industrial Park, in the amount of$50,047.91. With this last installment made to the I Port, the 2.5%Grant County EDC Administrative Fee will also be paid for the remaining amount of the award project, for a total to the EDC of$1,251.20. 7. Amendment No. 2 to Department of Enterprise Services Agreement No. 2014-994 A For Community Services Building Upgrades—McKinstry Essention, LLC re Funding Approval in the amount of$6,878.92 for Design & Implementation of Energy Conservation Measures and sales i tax to come out of the 2014-994 G (2-1) Construction Contingency as opposed to payment by � Grant County.
